Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using LoanFlow or FlowIQ you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

• LoanFlow — Encompass and HubSpot dashboard and connector tools
• FlowIQ — HubSpot workflow intelligence
• Services provided as-is with reasonable uptime efforts

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate information
• One account per company
• You are responsible for keeping credentials secure
• Notify us of unauthorized access
• Must be 18+ and authorized to represent your company

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Share your account with others
• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to access other tenants’ data
• Reverse engineer our software
• Use automated bots or scrapers
• Violate any applicable laws

5. Payment Terms

• 7-day free trial on all plans
• Invoices sent manually by email
• Payment due within 30 days of invoice
• Late payment may result in account suspension
• No refunds on partial months

6. Cancellation

• Cancel anytime by emailing info@quantiumtechnologies.com
• No cancellation fees
• No annual contract required
• Data retained 30 days after cancellation, then deleted

7. Data Ownership

• You own all your data
• We only process it to provide service
• We make no claim over your data
• You can export your data anytime

8. Service Availability

• We aim for 99%+ uptime
• Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance
• We are not liable for downtime caused by third parties (Encompass, HubSpot, Railway)

9. Limitation of Liability

• Service provided as-is
• We are not liable for data loss beyond our reasonable control
• Our liability is limited to fees paid in the last 3 months
• We are not liable for third-party service outages

10. Changes to Terms

• We may update these terms
• We will notify you by email
• Continued use = acceptance

11. Governing Law

• Laws of India apply
• Disputes resolved in Indian courts
